Which herb for rheumatoid

There are many traditional Chinese medicines for treating rheumatoid diseases, including Qiangwu, Duhu, and Weilingxian.
1. Duhuo: pungent and bitter in taste, slightly warm in nature, belonging to the kidney and bladder meridians, it has the effect of dispelling wind and removing dampness (dispelling wind and dampness in the body), and relieving paralysis and pain (relieving pain by unblocking the paralysis of the limbs). It is commonly used in the clinic for the treatment of wind-cold-dampness paralysis (paralysis of the limbs caused by the invasion of the wind, cold and dampness into the human body), and pain in the lower back and knees, etc. It should be used with caution for people with deficiency of yin and blood. Yin and blood deficiency should not be used with caution, the adverse effects of the drug is not clear.
2. Qiangwu: pungent, bitter, warm in nature, belonging to the bladder and kidney meridians, with the effect of dispelling cold (removing cold from the surface of the muscles), dispelling wind and dampness, and relieving pain, it is commonly used in the treatment of wind-cold-damp paralysis, strong and rapid neck and tendon, and pain and soreness of the bones and joints. Qiangwu should not be taken by people with weak spleen and stomach. Qiangwu should not be used in cases of blood deficiency, paralysis and headache due to yin deficiency.
3. Wei Ling Xian: pungent, salty, warm in nature, belonging to the bladder meridian, with the effect of dispelling wind-dampness and clearing the meridians and channels, it is commonly used in rheumatism and paralysis, numbness of limbs, and contracture of tendons and veins (persistent muscular tension and rigidity), etc. It is not recommended for people with deficiency of qi and blood. Those who are weak in qi and blood should be cautious in taking Wei Ling Xian.
Although the above Chinese medicines have the effect of dispelling wind and dampness and relieving pain, they need to be used under the guidance of a doctor and should not be used on one’s own.
