What do I need to prepare for an assisted conception?

1.Pre-operative examination for female partner: blood routine, urine routine, blood coagulation, A function 1,3, liver whole, kidney whole, lipid whole, blood transfusion 8 items, chest X-ray, ECG, negative swab, TCT. 2.Pre-operative examination for male partner: semen analysis, blood transfusion 8 items, chromosome if necessary. 3.Prepare three certificates: (1) Original marriage certificate and one copy. (2) Birth certificate or certificate of not having children issued by the local family planning department (original and 1 copy). (3) The original ID card and 2 copies. Photocopies of documents required: all A4 paper. 4.After the above preparation, the couple should go to the fertility center on the second day of the next menstruation to have the female partner’s blood drawn for the seven sex hormones and ultrasound.
