How to treat biliary tract bleeding

Biliary bleeding is a common cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Biliary bleeding is commonly caused by biliary tract infection, intrahepatic bile duct tumors, biliary trauma and intrahepatic vascular lesions. The site of bleeding can be divided into intrahepatic biliary tract bleeding, extrahepatic biliary tract bleeding and gallbladder bleeding. The treatment methods are as follows: 1. conservative treatment: blood transfusion, fluid transfusion, anti-shock treatment, hemostatic agent treatment, antibiotic infection prevention and symptomatic support treatment; 2. surgical treatment: repeated heavy bleeding, severe biliary tract infection, bleeding after bile intestinal drainage, biliary tract bleeding combined with other conditions, timely surgical treatment is required.
