Umebronium bromide vilanterol inhalation powder is a long-acting bronchodilator used primarily for the long-term maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
It is to be used as directed by a physician after seeking medical attention and is intended for oral inhalation only. The adult dose is 62.5 μg/25 μg per inhalation, administered at the same time each day, once daily to maintain the bronchodilator effect.
Directions for use: Open the ENABLE, take a deep breath, wrap your lips around the ENABLE suction nozzle, inhale deeply, hold your breath for 5~10 seconds and breathe normally.
This product is not indicated for use in children and adolescents; no dosage adjustment is necessary for patients over 65 years of age; no dosage adjustment is necessary for patients with mild or moderate hepatic insufficiency; it has not been studied in patients with severe hepatic insufficiency and should be used with caution.
Do not reuse this inhaler 6 weeks after first opening the foil box. Use with caution in patients with urinary retention or closed-angle glaucoma.
