The main creams commonly used clinically to stop itching and soften scars are compound heparin sodium allantoin gel and cumulonimbus cream ointment.

Compound heparin sodium allantoin gel: it is suitable for hypertrophic scar and keloid, secondary to the scar produced after surgery, amputation, burn, acne and other accidents that limit the activities and affect the aesthetic appearance. Localized skin irritation reactions are uncommon. Minor itching may occur in a few patients and generally does not interfere with continued treatment. No systemic adverse reactions.
2. Centella Asiatica Cream Ointment: It has the effect of promoting wound healing. Used in the treatment of trauma, surgical wounds, burns, scars and scleroderma. Occasionally, there are local itching and irritation reactions.
