How to regulate people with spleen dampness

People with spleen-dampness can take medicines to regulate it, such as Xiang Sha Ping Stomach Pills and Mu Xiang Shun Qi Pills.
1. Xiang Sha Ping Stomach Pills: composed of Atractylodes macrocephala, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Magnolia Officinalis (made of ginger), Semen Aristolochiae, Mucuna pruriens, and Licorice. It is used for gastric distension and pain. Avoid eating cold and raw food while taking the medicine.

3. Heat-clearing and Dampness-eliminating Granules: composed of Radix Codonopsis pilosulae, Radix et Rhizoma Pinelliae, Radix et Rhizoma Gangmai, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Rhizoma Chrysanthemum, and Pericarpium Citriodora. It is used for fatigue of limbs, loss of appetite, heat and dry mouth caused by summer dampness. Prohibited for diabetic patients.
