Blackheads are also known as blackheads and acne. To remove blackheads, you can use ointments such as salicylic acid ointment, retinoic acid cream and benzoyl peroxide gel.
1. Salicylic acid ointment: blackheads are caused by abnormal keratinization of the cells around the hair follicle. 5-10% concentration of salicylic acid ointment has the effect of keratolytic, through the dissolution of intercellular adhesion to reduce intercellular adhesion of the stratum corneum. Salicylic acid ointment will dissolve and expel the oil and metabolic waste from the hair follicle, thus removing the blackheads.
2. Vitamin A Acid Cream: Blackheads are mainly a result of clogged sebaceous glands in hair follicles. Vitamin A cream can regulate the keratinization process of the epithelial cells of the hair follicles, thus opening the pores and facilitating the discharge of the contents.
3. Benzoyl Peroxide Gel: Hair follicles secrete oil too exuberantly leading to blackheads. Benzoyl peroxide gel has a mild keratolytic effect, which will reduce free fatty acids in the sebaceous glands of the hair follicles and reduce oil secretion, thus improving the symptoms of blackheads.
All of the above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor, and should not be used blindly on your own. If you have blackheads, it is recommended that you go to the hospital in time to receive standardized diagnosis and treatment.
