Diarrhea of liver cancer mainly manifests as increased frequency of stools, unshaped stools, etc. If the patient has gastrointestinal bleeding, it may be accompanied by black stools. Diarrhea of liver cancer may be caused by edema of intestinal wall and accelerated intestinal peristalsis due to venous hypertension and embolism caused by liver cancer, resulting in diarrhea due to indigestion and gastrointestinal dysfunction, with main symptoms such as increased frequency of stools and dilute watery stools. It is also possible that liver function is affected by liver tumor, aminotransferase and bilirubin increase, which affects the metabolism of liver enzymes, and secondary cirrhosis affects the portal blood reflux, which leads to intestinal stagnation and edema, and thus the phenomenon of defecation with blood occurs. Patients with diarrhea of liver cancer are recommended to seek medical examination as early as possible and be treated under doctor’s guidance so as not to delay the condition.
