Symptoms and Treatment of Reflux Gastritis

Reflux gastritis, or bile reflux gastritis, is characterized by symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, nausea and vomiting, and acid reflux, and is treated mainly with medication. Patients with bile reflux gastritis tend to have pain in the upper and middle abdomen, and there will be stomach acid, heartburn and other symptoms, due to the presence of indigestion in the patient, which often leads to abdominal fullness, sometimes nausea and vomiting symptoms. Bile reflux gastritis is mainly treated with acid-suppressing drugs and gastric power-promoting drugs, of which acid-suppressing drugs include omeprazole, lansoprazole and rabeprazole, and gastric power-promoting drugs include mosapride and domperidone, etc. In some patients, if there is gastric mucous membrane damage, it can be coupled with mucous membrane protective agents, such as bismuth potassium citrate and colloidal bismuth pectin.
