Stage ⅠA3 squamous lung cancer keratinized type belongs to the early stage, and with active and standardized treatment it can obtain a five-year survival rate of about 70%. However, it can seriously jeopardize life if not treated in time. Lung squamous carcinoma is a common pathological type of lung cancer, with higher incidence in men, mostly caused by smoking, heredity and other factors. Keratinized type represents higher differentiation of cancer cells, lower malignancy and better prognosis. Stage ⅠA3 is one of the clinical stages, which represents that the largest diameter of primary tumor is between 2~3 cm; there is no lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. Tumor foci are limited in this period, after diagnosis, most of them can be treated by radical surgical resection, and then supplemented with radiotherapy and other therapies, which can obtain about 70% of the five-year survival rate, and the overall prognosis is good.
