Are multiple cysts in the cervix serious?

Cervical cysts are generally considered to be physiological changes, so they are usually not serious and do not require any treatment, neither oral medication nor surgery. If a woman has an ultrasound or an internal gynecological examination and a cervical cyst is found, it is usually due to a new squamous epithelium that is replacing the columnar epithelium, and the squamous epithelium covers or blocks the mouth of the cervical ducts, causing the fluid in the ducts to accumulate, so this is a normal physiological change that is not serious at all and does not require any treatment. At the same time, cervical cysts will neither cause abnormal secretion nor cancer, so there is no need for surgery or medication, and medication is generally not significant for cysts, but women with cervical cysts can consider regular TCT and HPV screening. Because this is to screen for cervical cancer and HPV infections so that they can be prevented and treated earlier. For most women who have sexual intercourse, it often causes the appearance of cervical cysts, so there is no need to worry about any anxiety at all after the appearance of cervical cysts.
