Intestinal epithelial hyperplasia is a pathological change of atypical hyperplasia due to chronic gastritis and repeated irritation. Intestinal epithelial hyperplasia is not a symptom, not a pathological change. It is mostly accompanied by symptoms of chronic gastritis, such as bloating, stomach pain, acid reflux, heartburn or reduced digestive function, feeling of fullness, and loss of appetite. Intestinal epithelial hyperplasia is a precancerous atypical hyperplastic lesion. Regular gastroscopy, review and follow-up are needed. Treatment is mainly based on chronic gastritis, which can be treated with some acid-producing drugs, gastric stimulants and gastric mucosa protection, and dietary needs to avoid spicy, fried food, and cold and hard food.
