Pregnant women should actively conduct early prenatal checkups, do perinatal health care, quit bad habits, and not abuse drugs such as anesthetics and sedatives; prevent viral infections such as influenza and rubella; and avoid contact with harmful and toxic substances such as radiation. Fetal asphyxia and intracranial hemorrhage caused by childbirth is an important cause of pediatric cerebral palsy. Preterm birth and obstructed labor should be prevented. Within one month after birth, the fetus should be given better care, reasonable feeding and prevention of intracranial infection and traumatic brain injury.
