Patients with heavy cold in the small intestine can be treated by taking Tiantai Wu Yao San, Lizhong Pills and Xiao Jian Zhong Granules orally.
1. Tiantai Wu Yao San: It has the efficacy of promoting qi circulation and liver dispersing, dispersing cold and relieving pain (relieving pain by dispelling cold in the body), and is used in the treatment of cold condensation and stagnation of qi in the liver meridian, hernia of the small intestine, pain in the lesser abdomen (abdomen) leading to testicles and pain, hemorrhoids and swellings, with a white texture and a stringy pulse.
This product is warm and dispersive in nature, and should not be used if the hernia pain is caused by yin deficiency of liver and kidney (deficiency of yin in liver and kidney), stagnation of qi, or dampness-heat infiltration (invasion of intestines, bladder, pubic region and lower limbs by dampness and heat evils).
2. Lizhong Pill: with the effects of warming the middle Jiao, dispelling cold, benefiting qi and strengthening the spleen (regulating the qi of the spleen and stomach), it is used in the treatment of symptoms such as deficiency of cold in the spleen and stomach (spleen and stomach weak and cold), cold pain in the epigastric region (abdomen) (stomach and epigastric region and abdomen feel cold and painful), vomiting and diarrhea, lack of warmth in the hands and feet and stuffiness in the chest. People with cold and fever, pregnant women, allergic individuals should be cautious, avoid eating cold, greasy, indigestible food during the period of taking the medicine.
3. Xiao Jianzhong Granules: it has the effect of warming the middle and tonifying the deficiency, relieving pain (relieving more urgent pain symptoms), and is used in the treatment of patients with spleen and stomach deficiency, pain in the epigastric region, liking warmth and pressing, noisy acid swallowing (feeling of discomfort in the stomach, swallowing acid after flooding), and palpitations (accelerated heartbeat, often accompanied by heart panic).
Note that pregnant women, those who are allergic to the drug are forbidden to take it, and it is used with caution in patients with diabetes, dampness and heat in the spleen and stomach (the spleen and stomach feel the evil of dampness and heat), and bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract.
