Septic osteomyelitis does not heal on its own. Septic osteomyelitis is mainly caused by purulent bacterial infections, such as Staphylococcus aureus, often manifested as local redness, swelling, pain, pus, activity dysfunction and other symptoms, and need to follow the doctor’s instructions for standardized treatment. Chronic septic osteomyelitis is usually treated with surgery, which includes butterfly surgery, closed irrigation, defective bone repair and so on. Septic osteomyelitis cannot be cured by itself, and should be treated in a timely manner so as to avoid delaying the condition and adverse effects, and the medication should be taken under the guidance of a doctor, and should not be used blindly on one’s own.
