Membranous nephropathy in men is not necessarily curable, only a portion of patients can be cured, and the time of healing varies from person to person, and the rate of spontaneous remission is higher in patients with mild degree of urinary protein. Membranous nephropathy is a group of diseases characterized by diffuse thickening of the basement membrane of the glomerular basement membrane on the outer side of the glomerular basement membrane, immune complex deposition under the epithelial cells, and the cause of the disease is not known as the primary membranous nephropathy. Primary membranous nephropathy has a tendency to diverge towards spontaneous remission or deterioration of renal function in two different directions, only a part of the patients can be completely spontaneous remission, the rate of spontaneous remission is higher in patients with light degree of urinary protein, and the probability of deterioration of the disease will be greatly increased in patients with heavy degree of urinary protein. It is recommended that patients with membranous nephropathy should go to the hospital for timely consultation, regular review and standardized treatment under the guidance of professional physicians.
