Atrophic gastritis is recommended to eat easy-to-digest, alkaline food, drugs to remove Helicobacter pylori, acid-suppressing drugs, gastric mucous membrane protectants, and gastrointestinal power-promoting drugs. 1. Food: It is recommended to eat easy-to-digest food, such as millet porridge, fish soup, bananas and so on. Alkaline foods, such as bread and cookies, can neutralize stomach acid. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits and avoid spicy and stimulating foods. 2. (4) Promote gastric power drugs: can relieve early satiety, bile reflux and other symptoms, common drugs are mosapride, domperidone and so on.
