It makes the brain feel anxious; under the influence of this anxiety, people will be very sensitive to various unsatisfactory things and produce resistance, so these unsatisfactory events will be infinitely magnified, which eventually leads to depression and old age anxiety disorder. 1. Bit hearing nerve examination Bit hearing nerve examination includes hearing examination and vestibular function examination, which is used to determine whether lesions occur in the cochlea and vestibular nerve. Hearing examination includes tuning fork test, table sound test, Weber test and Renne test; vestibular function examination includes walking test with eyes closed, walking test, variable nystagmus test, difficult to stand with eyes closed, nystagmus test, finger finger test, rotation test and in situ step test. 2. Overfinger test The overfinger test is a method used to examine the vestibular system for lesions. Abnormal results: Peripheral vestibular lesion overfinger is characterized by simultaneous deviation of both hands to the lower side of vestibular function in the same direction as tilting, which is opposite to the direction of spontaneous nystagmus. Cerebellar lesion overfinger is characterized by the deviation of the affected side of one hand to the affected side. 3.
