What to eat to heal quickly from a knife wound

Patients with knife wounds eat more high-protein as well as high-vitamin foods, such as milk, eggs, lean meat, freshwater fish, etc., and more fresh fruits and vegetables to facilitate wound healing. In daily life, avoid drinking alcohol and eating spicy, fishy and other stimulating foods, such as seafood, chili, onion, raw garlic, etc. Patients with knife wounds should strengthen local dressing changes to prevent infection, and also apply high sugar locally as well as ice compresses to promote the rapid growth of wound granulation tissue. When there is infection, use sensitive antibacterial drugs for treatment, and keep the pus for bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test to guide the clinical use of drugs. When pus is formed, flush with hydrogen peroxide, saline and iodine volt to thoroughly remove the pus and necrotic tissue to facilitate the healing of the lesion. Pay attention to rest at the site of knife wound and avoid over-stretching to avoid wound dehiscence.
