What not to eat for toothache

Toothache is not recommended to eat particularly hot things, such as hot pot, spicy hot and so on, and toothache cannot eat particularly cold things, such as food just taken out of the refrigerator, ice cream and ice cubes and so on. Especially for patients with tooth decay and pulpitis, hot and cold stimulation can cause severe pain in the first place. Patients with toothache are also not recommended to bite hard things with the affected teeth, such as nuts, etc. Patients with periodontal disease and periapical inflammation can suffer from root pain if they bite hard things with the affected teeth. If the inflammation of the gingival papillae is caused by food impaction, it is not recommended to eat foods with very coarse fiber, such as celery and beef, which can make the impaction more severe and aggravate the inflammation of the gingival papillae. In addition to the above mentioned foods, patients suffering from pericoronitis should not consume spicy and fire-prone foods such as chili peppers and mutton, which can aggravate the inflammation.
