For patients who cannot maintain oral hygiene well, the physician may have to interrupt orthodontic treatment.  3, orthodontic process, the patient can not eat too hard, sticky food, large pieces of food should be cut into small pieces with the back teeth slowly chewed to prevent the aligner off, if inadvertently off, should promptly get in touch with the physician.  4, need to wear with extra-oral arch head cap, rubber band patients, must wear every day for the full time required by the physician.  5.Modern medical research proves that orthodontic treatment neither leads to TMJ disorder nor prevents TMJ disorder, and systematic orthodontic treatment does not increase the risk of TMJ disorder occurrence and development.  6. Idiopathic root resorption that is not under the control of the practitioner may occur during orthodontic treatment.
