Thrombolysis for myocardial infarction

Thrombolysis can be performed within 6 hours of myocardial infarction. Urokinase and streptokinase can be administered intravenously or intravenously to relieve myocardial infarction and prevent new thrombus formation. In terms of the dosage of the medication, both urokinase and streptokinase can be used with 1 million units for IV drip or IV push, which is very effective. The thrombolytic regimen can be followed by coronary angiography, which can be used to determine the degree of luminal narrowing and the need for stenting, or even surgical bypass surgery, all of which need to be evaluated with ancillary tests. If once surgery is confirmed, regular and quantitative medication is also needed after the surgery, so that the patient can recover health the fastest.
