The main ingredient of mosquito coils is dextroprophenothrin, the active ingredient of mosquito repellent is pyrethrin. Permethrin is a low-toxicity and high small insecticide allowed to be used by the state. Productive poisoning, should be immediately removed from the scene. Repeatedly wash the contaminated skin with soap and water. Oral poisoning should be thoroughly gastric lavage with water or 2%~4% sodium bicarbonate solution as soon as possible. When pyrethroids and organophosphorus mixed insecticide poisoning, because the organophosphorus toxicity is significantly higher than pyrethroids, should be first according to organophosphorus poisoning rescue, and then give symptomatic treatment. If organic phosphorus poisoning can not be ruled out, the appropriate amount of atropine can be used to test treatment, and the response to treatment should be closely observed. For severe pyrethroid poisoning with pulmonary edema, a small amount of atropine can be used for treatment, but care should be taken to avoid overdose resulting in atropine poisoning.
