For example, in daily life, people always need to keep bending over and rarely make the waist stretch, some people statistics, a person can bend over 3,000 times a day, week after week, the lumbar spine is often continuously in a state of flexion resulting in lumbago. If the patient already suffers from lumbar hypertrophy, lumbar disc herniation and other diseases, usually do not pay attention to the posture of sitting, standing, lying, etc., lumbago is easy to relapse, and after relapse is not easy to relieve. Therefore, correction of posture should be used as one of the treatment means for patients with low back pain. For example: 1. When resting, you should sleep in a relatively hard bed and choose a comfortable sleeping position to reduce low back pain. When lying on your back, the pillow should not be too high, a soft cushion can be placed behind the waist to keep the lumbar spine physiologically convex, and a small pillow should be placed under the knee to help relax the lumbar back. 2, when study and work need to sit for a long time, should sit in a hard chair of moderate height, sit straight back, feet flat on the ground, so that the body and thighs are at right angles. Pay attention to regularly change and adjust the posture and position, or make simple relaxation exercises. 3.Standing, head up, chest up, abdomen in, back straight, waist back slightly convex forward. 4.When lifting heavy objects from the ground, try to take a squatting position, avoid bending over to carry objects when the legs are in a straight position, and try to keep the objects close to the body after lifting; when carrying heavy objects, keep the objects close to the chest and abdomen to reduce the weight moment of the trunk. 5, the choice of shoes: patients with low back pain should wear soft-soled low-heeled shoes, with appropriate elastic insoles. 6, often do some simple exercises can also prevent the occurrence of low back pain or reduce the degree of low back pain. For example: ① Lie prone with your arms close to your body, face to the side, completely relaxed, and hold for about 5 minutes. ② On the basis of prone, support the bed with both hands, lift the upper body, completely relax the hips and waist, make the waist sink, hold for 1~2 seconds, resume prone, repeat the above action, gradually raise the upper body to maximize the back extension, repeat 10 times. ③ supine, bend the knees, while holding the knees with both hands, balance the knees as far as possible to the chest, hold for 2 seconds, resume the original position, pay attention to the practice of the head must not lift, restore the knees do not straighten, bending exercises followed by a prone stretching exercises. ④When conditions do not allow prone exercise exercises, you can do standing extension: feet apart and shoulder width, hands crossed waist, thumbs in front, four fingers in the back, bend the body above the waist backwards, hands as pillars, maintain 2 seconds and then return to the starting position. ⑤ stand, heels together, toes as far apart as possible (like Chaplin’s eight feet), head up, chest and abdomen, back straight, abdomen and hips, try to bring the legs together.
