Muscle invasive bladder cancer can be treated by surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. 1. For patients who can tolerate surgery:For patients who can tolerate surgery, radical cystectomy and urinary diversion surgery are recommended for muscle invasive bladder cancer, combined with basic chemotherapy before and after surgery. For resectable muscle invasive bladder cancer, neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radical cystectomy is the current gold standard of treatment. 2. Patients with poor physical condition: For patients who are physically unable to tolerate radical cystectomy or unwilling to undergo cystectomy, comprehensive treatment with bladder preservation, including partial cystectomy and transurethral maximal cystectomy of bladder tumors, can be considered, supplemented by chemotherapy and radiotherapy. 3. Patients who are not suitable for surgery: those who are old, in poor physical condition or no longer suitable for surgical treatment can be treated with comprehensive treatment with simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and immunotherapy and targeted therapy can also be chosen. If there is muscle invasive bladder cancer, it is suggested that patients should go to the hospital in time and receive proper treatment under the guidance of doctors.
