What points to massage to help you sleep

Massaging Anmian, Sanyinjiao, Shenting and Si Shencong points can help sleep.
1. Anmian acupoint is located at the midpoint of the line connecting Fengchi acupoint and Fei Feng acupoint. It is an empirically effective acupoint for treating insomnia, and can improve insomnia, palpitation (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), dizziness, headache, and epilepsy.
2. Sanyinjiao is 3 inches above the tip of the ankle on the inner side of the calf, where the spleen meridian, kidney meridian and liver meridian meet, which can tonify the kidney and nourish the yin and draw the yang into the yin to relieve insomnia.
3. Shenting is on the head, 0.5 inches straight up from the center of the front hairline, and can treat insomnia, dizziness, epilepsy, headache and palpitation.
4. Si Shen Cong is at the top of the head, 1 inch to the right and left of the Hundred Meetings Points on the front and back of the place, can relieve insomnia, forgetfulness, dizziness, epilepsy and so on.
Massage of the above points is generally used in the middle finger or index finger rubbing, moderate force, not too heavy, not too light. Massage needs to be carried out under the guidance of a doctor.
