Stone-discharging granules and Qian Cao can be used together as prescribed by the doctor to treat diseases such as stone drenching (discharging sand and stones during urination, or sudden interruption of urination, pain in the urethra, intolerable pain in the lower back and abdomen) caused by damp-heat in the lower Jiao.
Stone-discharging granules is a proprietary Chinese medicine, and Qianqian Cao is a traditional Chinese medicine, in which Stone-discharging granules is good at clearing heat and inducing diuresis, clearing lymph and discharging stones, and treating various symptoms caused by dampness-heat in the lower Jiao, including pain in the lower back and abdomen, dysuria or accompanied by hematuria, as well as urinary stones seen with the above mentioned symptoms, and so on.
In clinical practice, Qian Cao has the functions of inducing diuresis (eliminating dampness and jaundice), diuretic and diaphoretic (improving the problem of dribbling and urination), detoxifying and subduing swellings, and it can also be used to treat stone drenching caused by dampness-heat in the lower Jiao.
If stonorrhea belongs to the Lower Jiao Damp-Heat syndrome, the above two drugs can be used together as prescribed by the doctor. The contraindications and adverse reactions of Stonecutting Granules are not clear, and Qianqiang is not recommended to be used in spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome.
The above drugs need to be used under the guidance of a doctor, not self-medication.
