How many years to regulate cryptogenic nephritis

Occult nephritis, also known as asymptomatic hematuria and proteinuria, usually has a better prognosis and most of them can be stabilized, but there is no specific data on the time of conditioning.

Cryptogenic nephritis is mostly asymptomatic, usually diagnosed by finding hematuria on the naked eye, microscopic hematuria or proteinuria, usually without complications such as edema, renal impairment, hypertension and so on.

If there is no obvious symptom or the symptom is not serious, usually with conditioning and regular checkups, a small portion of them can be cured automatically, and most of them can maintain stability, but the exact time varies from person to person.

Conditioning methods are mainly to adjust the living habits, regular sleep, quit smoking, quit drinking and so on. If the symptoms worsen, such as simple proteinuria increase (>1.0g/d), then the adjunctive use of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system inhibitors, such as captopril, valsartan, etc., should be considered; also should be vigilant when there are chronic symptoms such as hypertension and renal function impairment.

Patients with cryptogenic nephritis are recommended to visit regular regular hospitals and standardize treatment under the guidance of physicians.
