How to treat yellow fluid flowing from the ear

There are two main diseases that can be considered when yellow fluid flows from the ear: first, yellow fluid formed by mixing cerumen in the ear canal and water entering the ear canal. Treatment for this condition requires washing the fluid in the ear canal with physiological saline and drops of oxyfloxacin ear drops or lomefloxacin ear drops to prevent the outer ear canal from being infected by the yellow fluid. Secondly, otitis media, which can cause yellow water in the ears and symptoms of ear pain and tinnitus, is recommended to be treated mainly with anti-inflammatory and local medication changes. Anti-inflammatory treatment is systemic application of antibiotics, ear drops of ofloxacin or lomefloxacin hydrochloride in the ear canal. After the ear drops, Levanox gauze should be placed in the ear canal to promote anti-inflammation and swelling in the ear canal, and finally microwave physiotherapy treatment should be done in the ear canal.
