If the dental bed is locally white, it may be a mouth ulcer, the symptoms of which are white dots on the red, swollen, congested mucosal surface, followed by oral erosion centered on the white dots, and the erosion is sunken and white, painful, and oval-shaped white lesions are visible in the mouth. 3. 3.
