Does a cold after ovulation always mean you’re pregnant?

There is no necessary clinical connection between colds and pregnancy. Symptoms of colds after ovulation are clinically likely to be characterized by nasal congestion, sneezing or headache, sore throat, and some people have fever, which is not necessarily related to pregnancy. If the fever is caused by a cold, the temperature is usually above 37.5℃. After ovulation, if it is normal, the basal body temperature is around 37℃. One thing is for sure, if the basal body temperature is around 37℃ after ovulation, and this high temperature lasts for more than 15 days, the clinical possibility of pregnancy is very high.
