After abortion, menstruation will come once and then stop, it may be due to the lack of contraception after abortion which causes another pregnancy, or due to the inflammation of the endometrium which causes adhesion in the uterine cavity after abortion which leads to the lack of menstruation. If the endometrial lining of the uterus is severely damaged during the abortion, or if there is endocrine imbalance due to other reasons, we should find out the reason for the absence of menstruation. Blood HCG test should be performed to rule out whether the absence of menstruation is caused by pregnancy. If the absence of menstruation is not caused by pregnancy and there is cyclic abdominal pain around the time of menstruation, hysteroscopy should be performed to separate the uterine cavity from the uterine adhesions. If it is not caused by uterine adhesions, it may be caused by endocrine disorders. Hormone levels should be checked, and according to the results of the examination, effective treatment should be given to adjust the menstrual cycle.
