Treatment: nourishing yin and clearing the lungs, dispelling wind and moistening dryness. Prescription: nourishing Yin and clearing the lungs, adding and subtracting the following: 10g of white peony, 10g of raw huang, 10g of maitong, 10g of danshi, 10g of peppermint, 10g of silkworms, 10g of hookworms, 10g of licorice, 3g of licorice, etc. (3) Blood deficiency generating wind syndrome: blinking of both eyes frequently, dryness and discomfort of the eyes, rubbing the eyes, partiality and picking at food, color of the face is less gorgeous, and the tongue is light and red. Treatment: nourishing blood and dispelling wind. Prescription: Four Substances Soup with additions and subtractions: 10g of white peony, 10g of radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, 10g of Angelica Sinensis, 3g of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, 10g of silkworms, 10g of Crocus sativus, 10g of thorns, 10g of windbreaks, 10g of maitake, 3g of licorice, (4) Spleen and Stomach Weakness syndrome: blinking of both eyes frequently, dryness of the eyes, rubbing of the eyes, partiality and picky eating, poor appetite, fullness of the epigastrium and abdomen, loose stools, pale color of the face and light red tongue. Treatment: Strengthening the spleen and promoting vital energy. Ginseng and Atractylodis Macrocephalae plus and minus: Codonopsis Pilosulae 10g, Fried Atractylodes Macrocephalae 6g, Poria 10g, Fried Lentils 10g, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae 10g, Chinese Yam 10g, Malt 10g, Chicken Neijin 10g, White Lotus Roots 10g, Sand Seeds 6g, Platycodonopsis Vulgaris 5g, Cicadellaria Sclerotiorrhizae 10g, Stiff Silkworms 10g, Glycyrrhiza Glabra 3g. Above is the dosage for adults, and the dosage of the children should be adjusted according to age. There are many causes of frequent transient eye diseases in children, among which ocular surface diseases and refractive error are common causes.
