Which acupressure point should be massaged for gastrointestinal discomfort

Stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea and other diseases will have symptoms of gastrointestinal discomfort, different diseases can be treated by massaging different acupoints.
1. Stomach pain: the principle of treatment is to relieve pain by harmonizing the stomach, and the commonly used acupoints include the foot Sanli point, the middle epigastric point, and the Neiguan point. Among them, Foot Sanli is a joint point of the Foot Yangming meridian, which can be used to dredge the gastrointestinal qi, the middle epigastric point can strengthen the spleen and the stomach, and the Neiguan point can move qi to relieve pain (by regulating the body’s qi to alleviate pain).
2. Vomiting: mostly caused by upward reversal of stomach qi (stomach qi rising instead of descending). In addition to the use of acupoints such as the middle epigastric region, additional stimulation of the Nei Guan acupoint can be used to subdue reversal of stomach qi and stop vomiting (stopping the upward rush of stomach qi and stopping vomiting).
3. Diarrhea: The pathogenesis of diarrhea is a deficiency of the spleen and an abundance of dampness, so stimulation of acupoints such as Shenque, Tianshu, Yu of the Large Intestine, Shangjiuxu, and Yinlingquan can be used to transport the spleen and strengthen dampness, and regulate the intestines to stop diarrhea.
Gastrointestinal discomfort should be forbidden to eat greasy, cold, spicy and other stimulating foods, but also with medication to avoid aggravation of the condition, please do not operate on your own, so as not to cause damage to the organism.
