Sunlight and ultraviolet light will have an inhibitory effect on virus activity, while lipid solvents such as ether, 75% alcohol, chlorinated disinfectants, peroxyacetic acid and chloroform now in use can effectively inactivate the virus. However, wearing a mask, washing hands regularly and keeping a proper distance from others in daily life are the simplest protective measures.
