The differential diagnosis of dysphagia is not a differential diagnosis by symptoms, but by what causes the disease or how to determine the cause of the dysphagia. The most common types of diseases that cause dysphagia include stroke, neuromuscular diseases, and cancers or occupations of the oral cavity, pharynx, or esophagus, as well as more common diseases such as inflammation of the esophagus and inflammation of the oral cavity. Most patients with dysphagia caused by esophageal cancer will not have dysphagia in the early stage, however, progressive dysphagia will appear after the middle stage. If progressive dysphagia occurs, it is necessary to consider the presence of cancer of the esophagus or other types of diseases. This is a type of dysphagia, and the symptoms appear later and are more related to the patient’s state of mind or emotions.
