For premenopausal patients: receptor-positive patients should be treated with sequential endocrine therapy after chemotherapy: (1) Her2 negative or low expressers; (2) Her2 overexpressers should be treated with aromatase inhibitors after drug or surgical debulking For postmenopausal patients: receptor-positive patients should be treated with TAM or aromatase inhibitors after chemotherapy; (3) Her2 overexpressers should be treated with aromatase inhibitors after drug or surgical debulking; (4) Her2 overexpressers should be treated with TAM or aromatase inhibitors after chemotherapy For receptor positive patients, sequential endocrine therapy should be applied after chemotherapy: (1) TAM or aromatase inhibitors for Her2 negative or low expressers (2) aromatase inhibitors for Her2 overexpressors.
