Blood heat can be properly regulated by using Chinese herbs such as peony bark, comfrey, red peony and other herbs to brew water to drink as tea, but the medicinal ingredients that can be precipitated from the tea are limited and generally do not achieve therapeutic effects. Pregnant women and women with excessive menstruation are forbidden to take it.
2. Comfrey: It has the effect of clearing heat and cooling blood, activating blood circulation, detoxifying and transmitting rash. It can be used for treating rash, measles, eczema, and scalded by fire and water. Weak stomach and intestines, stool slippery people should not be taken.
3. Radix Paeoniae Alba: It has the efficacy of clearing heat and cooling blood, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. It is used in treating epistaxis with blood heat, eye redness and swelling, liver depression and coercive pain (pain in the area of coercion and ribs), dysmenorrhea with menstrual occlusion, abdominal pain in the mass in the abdomen, and bruises and injuries. Radix Paeoniae Alba should not be used with Veratrum. Caution should be exercised in cases of blood deficiency.
