Huangshui sores, that is, impetigo, early symptoms are mainly erythema, papules, blisters, pustules, vesicles, honey-yellow crusts, and should be actively cooperated with the treatment.
1. Erythema, papules: at the early stage of the disease, patients’ skin develops erythema or small papules, on the basis of which blisters and pustules appear.
2. blisters: when impetigo first breaks out, there will be a small number of blisters scattered over the affected area of the skin, after 1~2 days, the blisters may rapidly increase in size, and the blister fluid may become turbid from a clear color, and the pus is usually deposited at the bottom of the blisters in the form of a half-moon shaped pus accumulation phenomenon.
3. Pustules: The typical manifestation of xanthosis is the appearance of inflammatory papules on the surface of the skin, which then rapidly turn into pustules and gradually expand to the surrounding area.
4. Vesicles: Because of the thin wall of the blisters, it is easy to break and flow pus, revealing the vesicles and drying to form yellow pus scabs. Sometimes the pus spills out from under the scabs, and new blisters and pustules appear around them, which are arranged in a ring and arc shape, and are also known as annular pustulosis. It is more likely to occur on the face, head, limbs and exposed areas.
5. Honey-yellow scabs: After the pustules are broken, the ooze is thick and sticky and forms a thick honey-yellow scab, which is constantly expanding to the neighborhood and blending with the lesions. It is more likely to occur in the face, especially around the mouth, nostrils and auricles, and can also occur in the limbs.
Impetigo is highly contagious, it is recommended that when the above symptoms occur, go to the hospital in a timely manner, conduct relevant examinations, identify the cause of the disease and then give targeted treatment and therapy.
