What are the supplementary pain medications for ureteral stones

Ureteral stones are a common urological condition, and renal colic is its most common symptom. It is generally characterized as sudden, intermittent and unbearable pain. The first complaint of the patient after coming to the hospital is to relieve the pain, followed by clarifying the location and size of the stone and choosing a treatment plan. The common clinical analgesic regimen is antispasmodic treatment, with scopolamine treatment being the first choice. The current foreign research literature reports comparing the analgesic efficacy of pethidine hydrochloride combined with valium regimen and diclofenac combined with scopolamine regimen. The results showed that pethidine hydrochloride combined with valium was significantly better than diclofenac combined with scopolamine.
