If the nodule is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and is in the active stage of tuberculosis, it should be treated with a combination of anti-tuberculosis drugs, such as isoniazid and rifampicin. If the 6mm ground glass nodule shows the characteristics of tumor nodule, such as burr sign, lobulation sign, vascular channel, or the nodule has grown rapidly recently, we should be alert to the possibility of malignant nodule, and need to improve the relevant examinations to determine the nature of the timely surgical resection.
