CT side effects

The side effects of CT mainly refer to the radiation effect of the radiation it utilizes on the human body. Too frequent CT will result in too much radiation to the body, which may cause patients to develop tumors, blood system diseases and affect fertility, but this is only a special case, and normal CT usually does not occur. If multiple examinations are needed, the doctor will choose a CT with low dose according to the patient’s condition, or try to choose other imaging methods instead of CT examination. If it is unavoidable, patients should not worry too much because the probability of tumor and other adverse conditions is very low, and patients will not have such examinations many times a year.
