Symptoms of myocardial blood supply insufficiency include chest tightness, chest pain and other discomforts, and treatment methods include medication and surgery.
1. Symptoms of myocardial blood supply insufficiency include chest tightness, chest pain and other discomfort in the precordial region during activity or stress, chest pain is mostly boring and squeezing pain, and a few patients with atypical symptoms have pain that radiates to the jaw and shoulder.
After resting or giving nitroglycerin and other medications, the symptoms are mostly relieved. If the pain lasts for more than 30 minutes and cannot be relieved after taking nitroglycerin under the tongue, myocardial infarction may have occurred.
2.Treatment
(1) Drug treatment: rest should be taken immediately when the attack occurs, and vasodilator nitroglycerin should be given sublingually.
After the symptoms are relieved, it is recommended to take β-blocker bisoprolol to reduce myocardial oxygen consumption, nitrate isosorbide nitrate to improve myocardial perfusion, antiplatelet aspirin to prevent myocardial infarction, and statin lipid-lowering drugs such as atorvastatin calcium tablets to stabilize the plaque, and other comprehensive treatments.
(2) If the symptoms cannot be significantly relieved after the above medication, or the attacks become more frequent, coronary CTA or coronary angiography suggests that there is stenosis in the coronary artery, which meets the criteria for stenting, and coronary stenting should be carried out as early as possible.
(3) If coronary CTA or coronary angiography suggests that there are multiple stenoses in the coronary arteries, stenting will do more harm than good, and early coronary bypass surgery is recommended.
All of the above treatments should be carried out under the guidance of a professional physician, if there is any discomfort, consult a doctor in time and follow the doctor’s instructions for standardized treatment.
