Treatment of herniated discs

Discogenic pain (discogenic pain) refers to neck, shoulder, low back, and leg pain caused by intervertebral disc pathology. Numbness in the extremities and sympathetic symptoms such as panic and dizziness caused by disc pathology also fall under the umbrella of discogenic pain exploration. Although there is a clear distinction between surgeons (e.g., orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons) and pain management physicians (e.g., anesthesiologists, physical therapists, and neurologists) in the management of discogenic pain. However, both want to apply minimally invasive and inexpensive methods to solve patients’ pain, and thus minimally invasive surgery is gaining more and more attention in the clinic. Minimally invasive treatment, also called minimally invasive surgery, is a new surgical modality that achieves optimal internal environmental stability (local and systemic), minimal systemic inflammatory response, minimal surgical incision, optimal incision scar healing, more definite surgical efficacy and psychological effects under any surgical traumatic stress situation.
