Treatments for ovarian cancer without gene mutation include surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted therapy and so on. 1. Surgery: it includes the following: comprehensive staging surgery, which is applicable to patients with early stage ovarian malignant tumors; fertility preservation surgery, which is applicable to patients who have fertility requirements and have normal appearance of the uterus and one side of the ovary, and have not yet spread; tumor cytoreductive surgery, which is applicable to middle and late-stage patients who are evaluated to have metastasis outside the ovary before or during the surgery. 2. Chemotherapy: the chemotherapeutic drugs available include cisplatin, carboplatin, paclitaxel, cyclophosphamide, isocyclophosphamide, fluorouracil, bleomycin, vincristine and so on. 3.
