Constipation can be treated by adjusting diet and lifestyle, medication, surgery and other methods.
1. It is best not to use laxatives for more than 1 week, so as not to cause dependence.
3. Surgery: If the above two methods of treatment are not satisfactory, you need to go to the hospital to find the cause of constipation, if it is organic lesions caused by constipation can choose surgical treatment.
