Ovulation test from strong positive to weak positive is ovulation?

Ovulation test paper from strong to weak is usually ovulation. However, false positives cannot be ruled out.
Ovulation test paper is a test to determine whether the ovaries are ovulating by testing for changes in luteinizing hormone (LH) in a woman’s urine. When the dominant follicle matures and is about to ovulate, the LH hormone in a woman’s body reaches its peak, and at this time, the ovulation test paper will show a strong positive, signaling that the ovary is about to ovulate.
After ovulation, the LH in a woman’s body declines, and the ovulation test paper will gradually change from a strong positive to a weak positive, i.e., the color of the indicator line on the reagent strip changes from dark to light, which usually indicates that the follicle has already ruptured and ovulation has occurred.
However, ovulation test strips may show false positives due to various factors such as the regularity of the test strips, the correct way of testing, and the environment. Women can further monitor ovarian ovulation through gynecological ultrasound under the guidance of clinicians.
