How effective is surgery for early stage lung adenocarcinoma

Surgery for early stage lung adenocarcinoma is still effective, and the five-year survival rate of patients after treatment is high.
Early stage lung adenocarcinoma is limited in nature, and the cancer cells have not appeared lymphatic system metastasis, distal organ metastasis and spreading, therefore, surgical program is preferred for treatment. Clinically, most of the patients are able to recover after timely radical surgical resection of rows of lesions or sweeping of peripheral lymph.
Some lung adenocarcinoma patients with high risk of metastasis and recurrence need to undergo postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for a period of time, and basically they can be cured. The overall therapeutic effect is more prominent, and the five-year survival rate can be up to 75%, but the specific time needs to be determined according to the patient’s condition, physical condition and so on.
