Anemia is divided into many kinds (such as iron deficiency anemia, megaloblastic anemia, hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia, etc.), and dietary supplements and medication should be given according to the cause of anemia, not all of which can be supplemented by food.
1. Iron-deficiency anemia: the cause of treatment can be taken, such as women with excessive menstruation can be treated with medication to regulate menstruation (kynurenine, etc.); parasitic infections should be treated with deworming treatment (albendazole), and peptic ulcers should be treated with acid suppression (e.g., omeprazole), and so on. Furthermore, iron supplements, such as ferrous gluconate and ferrous succinate, can be taken.
Usually can intake of iron-rich food, such as pig liver, duck blood, pork lean meat, black fungus and so on.
2. Megaloblastic anemia: mainly due to folic acid and (or) vitamin B12 deficiency caused by deoxyribonucleic acid synthesis disorders caused by anemia, should be supplemented with folic acid, vitamin B12-based. Daily intake of folic acid and (or) vitamin B12-rich ingredients, such as spinach, asparagus, fish, eggs, milk, animal offal and so on.
3. Hemolytic anemia: mainly due to accelerated destruction of red blood cells, more than the bone marrow to generate red blood cells caused by the compensatory capacity. Such as autoimmune hemolytic anemia, commonly used drugs include glucocorticoids such as prednisolone.
4. Aplastic anemia: it can be treated with cyclosporine and other drugs.
In addition to the above reasons, anemia can also be caused after major surgery, trauma and excessive blood loss. If patients have the above symptoms, they should go to the hospital for examination and give targeted treatment after identifying the cause of the disease. The above drugs should be applied under the guidance of a pharmacist or doctor to avoid adverse reactions.
