Early symptoms of internal injuries when a person is hit by a car

In addition to fractures and craniocerebral injuries, a person hit by a car may also suffer a closed abdominal injury. Patients with closed abdominal injuries may have persistent abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting in the early stages, which suggest the presence of closed abdominal organ injuries. During physical examination, signs of peritoneal irritation, mobile turbidities, and weakened or absent bowel sounds on auscultation are also indicative of closed abdominal organ injury. If the injury is more serious, such as liver rupture, spleen rupture, etc., the patient may have a rapid heart rate, blood pressure drop, pale or cold skin mucosa, and hemorrhagic shock. Once this situation occurs, should promptly go to the hospital to improve the relevant examination, in order to clarify the diagnosis. Patients with shock should be actively transfused with blood and fluids to correct the shock. The more serious patients need to carry out a caesarean section as soon as possible, according to the patient’s condition, for timely treatment.
